UCD Time Table
139
Description
Assigns the queuing sequence in the Uniform Call Distribution
(UCD) Time Table. The queuing sequences are as follows:
S1
: Sends the outgoing message 1.
S2
: Sends the outgoing message 2.
S3
: Sends the outgoing message 3.
S4
: Sends the outgoing message 4.
TR
: Transfers to the overflow extension.
RT
: Returns to the top of the sequence.
Blank
: Disconnects.
1T
: Timer — 16 seconds
2T
: Timer — 32 seconds
3T
: Timer — 48 seconds
4T
: Timer — 64 seconds
Selection
• Time Table number: 1 to 4
• S1 / S2 / S3 / S4 / TR / RT / 1T / 2T / 3T / 4T / Blank

Press NEXT.

Enter a Time Table number.
To enter Time Table number 1, you can also press NEXT.

Conditions
• “Sx” can be assigned to a space other than the first only when another
“Sx” is assigned in the first space.
• An assignment after “TR,” “RT” or “Blank” is not available.
