Overview
This procedure is used to clear an
NSAP count in L1 threshold
crossed
alarm indicated by a lighted Minor (
MN/ABN
) LED on the
SYSCTL faceplate and reported as minor in the WaveStar
®
CIT
Alarm List.
Before you begin
Prior to performing this procedure, refer to

Procedure
Complete the following steps to clear an
NSAP count in L1
threshold crossed
alarm.

From the System View select
Administration
→
Data
Communications
, click on the NSAP Threshold Alarming tab, and
disable/reprovision the Threshold level, OR Re-engineer the leve1 1
routing area as required to drop the NSAP count to or below the
provisioned threshold.
