Overview
This procedure is used to clear a
manual reference switch
condition indicated by a lighted Abnormal (
MN/ABN
) LED on the
SYSCTL faceplate, and reported as a Standing Condition (SC) in the
WaveStar
®
CIT Alarm List.
Before you begin
Prior to performing this procedure:

Complete the following steps to clear a
manual reference
switch
condition.

From the System View menu, select
Fault
→
Timing/Sync
Protection Switch
→
System Timing Reference/Source Switch
,
select
Reset
, and click
OK
.
Result:
A warning message appears asking you to confirm
executing this command. Click
Yes
.

From the System View, click the
Alarm List
button and click
Refresh
.
Result:
The
manual reference switch
condition is no longer
present.
