Monitor naming conventions

In this manual, the CARESCAPE Monitor B850, CARESCAPE Monitor B650 and
CARESCAPE Monitor B450 are referred to as “the monitor” when a function or a feature
applies to all three. For describing monitor-specific issues, the monitors are referred
to as B850, B650 and B450, respectively. Where possible, the following icons are
also used to help identify the monitor:
