021-731 [Cause] While the accessories are available, you attempted to make color copies when the use
of color is restricted.
[Remedy] Contact our Customer Support Center.
021-732 [Cause] Probable causes are as follows:
1)The IC card is not inserted.
2)The charge amount, the balance of electronic money, or the number of points of the
prepaid card is insufficient.
3)You are not authenticated.
[Remedy] Take one of the following measures:

For 1), insert the IC card.

For 2), prepare the enough amount of charge.
z
For 3), log in to the machine with the smart card or on the control panel.

[Remedy] Contact our Customer Support Center.
