Error Code and Description Meaning
(1: rd ESAR err) The system could not access the Ethernet
station address ROM.
(2: LANCE-init [ xxxxxxxx ]) Error occurred initializing the Ethernet
controller chip. xxxxxxxx represents a code
that describes the transmission failure.
(3: xmt [ xxxxxxxx ] sz= yyyy

System did not transmit packet. xxxxxxxx
represents a code that describes the
transmission failure. The sz parameter is
the size of the packet. The ptrn parameter
is the pattern that was in the packet.
