System could not write a single character because the
transmit buffer was not empty. N represents the line in
which the error occurred. The status value is the contents
of SCC read register 0.

not rcvd.

CHAR AVAIL signal not received when the system was
expecting a character. N represents the line in which the
error occurred. The status value is the contents of SCC
read register 0.
