How to remove the power supply
1.
Turn off the workstation.
2.
Disconnect the system unit power cord from the back of the
system unit.
3.
Remove the removable drive panel. Refer to ‘‘Removing and
Installing the Removable Media Drive Panel’’ section for
directions.
4.
Disconnect the system module and internal drive power
cords.
5.
Loosen the two screws that hold the power supply.
6.
Pull the power supply away from the back of the system
unit and out of the system unit chassis.
How to install the power supply
1.
Make sure the power supply switch is off (press down the 0
on the switch) and the power cord is disconnected.
2.
Place the power supply in the system unit chassis. The
power supply on/off switch should face the back of the
system unit.
3.
Tighten the two screws.
4.
Reconnect the system module power cord to the system
module.
5.
Reconnect the internal drive power cord to the internal
drives.
6.
Replace the removable media drive panel. Refer to
‘‘Removing and Installing the Removable Media Drive
Panel’’ section for directions.
7.
Reconnect the system unit power cord to the back of the
system unit.
