BD indicates whether the last exception occurred during
execution in a branch delay slot (0 = normal, 1 = delay slot).
CE indicates the coprocessor unit number reference when a
coprocessor unusable exception occurs.
IP indicates whether an interrupt is pending.
ExcCode is the exception code field. The exception code
field is coded as shown in Table E-3.
0 is unused (ignored on write, zero when read).
