Example: SCC transmit and receive test error messages

This is a sample external transmit and receive test error

message:

?TFL: 3/scc/tx-rx (1: Ln3 tx bfr not empty. status=0345)

?TFL: 3/scc/tx-rx

indicates that the external transmit and

recieve test failed. The Ln value is the number of the serial line

in which the error occurred. In this sample message, the error

occurred in serial line 3.
For a detailed explanation of external transmit and receive
