How to Troubleshoot When a Console Exception Occurs
Interpret the R3000 register values listed in the console
exception message to determine what caused the exception.
Console exception error messages have the form

represents the address of the exception instruction.
cause
represents the value in the cause register.
status
represents the contents of the status register.
virtual address
represents the virtual address of the
exception.

register.

represents the value in the memory error
register.
