Slip the belt onto the sprocket,
and adjust the tension spring nut to its
original position.

Connect the wires to the new motor.

With the access panel still removed, connect the power to the dryer and
start it. Ensure the wheel turns in the correct direction.
If the belt appears
to be slipping, it may be necessary to increase the tension on the drive belt
slightly. Do not increase this tension any more than necessary to allow the
wheel to rotate without slipping.

Bolt the access panel in place
and close the side panel(s) on the dryer.
