To set the number of lives that are maintained in the history table for an IP SLA operation, use the

command in IP SLA operation history configuration mode. To use the default value, use the
no
form of this
command.

Range is 0 to 2.

lives
command is supported only to configure the following operations:

If you use the

lives
command, the history statistics are not collected.
