9.6.2 Sostituzione racla anteriore rullo cromato
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
Per la presenza di bordi affilati, é necessario
evitare qualunque contatto diretto con le lame
delle racle di pulizia. Permane il rischio residuo di
taglio, se queste operazioni non sono eseguite
correttamente.

Ribaltare la vaschetta porta-racla C agendo sui
cilindri pneumatici B;

Estrarre la vaschetta porta-racla C;

Rimuovere le viti di fissaggio e sostituire la racla
usurata con una nuova;

Riposizionare la vaschetta C;

Regolare la posizione della racla A secondo quanto
riportato nel § 4.
Permane il rischio residuo di impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
Permane il rischio residuo di intossicazioni,
irritazioni o lo sviluppo di incendi ed esplosioni,
causa le esalazioni generate dai solventi, se
queste operazioni non sono eseguite
correttamente.
9.6.2 Replacing the front scraper on the chrome-
plated roller
These procedures must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
Avoid touching the blades of the cleaning
scrapers as they have sharp edges. The user
risks being cut if these procedures are not
performed correctly.
- Turn over scraper trough C by using air cylinders B;
- Remove scraper-and-trough assembly C;

Remove the mounting screws and replace the worn
scraper.
- Put trough C back into place.
- Adjust scraper A as described in paragraph 4.
The operator risks getting caught in moving parts
and being seriously injured if these operations
are not performed correctly
If these operations are not carried out correctly
the fumes generated by the solvents may cause
fires or explosions as well as poisoning the
operator and causing skin irritation.
