delle norme di sicurezza riportate nel presente
manuale.
6.2
AVVERTENZE PER IL SOLLEVAMENTO E IL
TRASPORTO.
La movimentazione della macchina ed il caricamento su
camion dovranno essere eseguiti esclusivamente con i
mezzi ed i metodi già descritti nel capitolo 3.0.
Le operazioni di trasporto, installazione e smontaggio,
devono essere eseguite solo da personale addetto in
possesso di adeguata competenza tecnica ed
esperienza in ciascuno dei settori previsti.
La presenza di un aiutante riveste notevole importanza
per le segnalazioni durante il trasporto e l’aiuto fisico
nelle operazioni di installazione e rimozione di elementi
ingombranti e/o pesanti.
L’aiutante deve vigilare ogni fase delle operazioni
affinchè nessun intralcio disturbi il normale ciclo
esecutivo.
Per il sollevamento e il trasporto adottare tutte le cautele
previste e raccomandate dalle vigenti norme di
sicurezza, al fine di prevenire possibili danni a persone o
cose.
Nessuna persona dovrà trovarsi in prossimità del carico
sospeso o comunque nel campo d’azione della gru, del
carrello elevatore o altro mezzo utilizzato per il
sollevamento e trasporto.
Le corsie di transito, all’interno dello stabilimento ove la
macchina viene installata, devono essere mantenute
sgombre e prive di qualsiasi ostacolo che possa fare
sobbalzare il carrello elevatore o la gru.
Il carico deve sempre risultare solidamente ancorato ad
un elemento portante del mezzo di sollevamento e
trasporto, per prevenire movimenti o spostamenti del
carico stesso.

6.2
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO BE OBSERVED
WHEN LIFTING AND HANDLING THE
MACHINE
The machine should be handled and loaded onto trucks
by following the procedures described in par. 3.0.
The machine should only be handled, installed and
disassembled by qualified personnel who are familiar
with the job to be done.
The presence of a second person (assistant) is
extremely important. He can assist in making signals
during transport and handling, and help the skilled fitter
to install and remove heavy or bulky machine parts.
The assistant must pay careful attention throughout the
various operations, so that the skilled worker can
accomplish this job in the best possible way.
In order to prevent damage to the equipment and injuries
to personnel, take all the recommended safety
precautions when lifting and handling the machine.
By-standers or unauthorized persons should be kept
away from overhead loads, the crane’s range of action,
fork lift trucks or any other means used for lifting and
handling the machine.
The space left in the workshop for the vehicles (eg.
lorries and lift trucks) to circulate should be thoroughly
free of obstacles which may cause the lift truck and the
crane to jolt
In order to prevent any accidental movements, the load
must be securely fixed to a firm part of the equipment
used for lifting and handling.
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible
for damage to equipment or injuries to personnel
if the user fails to observe these safety
procedures.
