Agire sulle viti di regolazione della staffa di sostegno
A, in modo da recuperare l’inclinazione del piano di
trasporto che si è venuta a creare dopo aver tolto le
relative staffe di sostegno B;

Inserire e posizionare il nastro nuovo;

Rimontare tutte le parti sopracitate in ordine inverso
rispetto a quello di smontaggio e rimuovere la staffa
di sostegno A per la sostituzione del nastro;

Tensionare il nastro come descritto nel §4.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.

urti, causa lo scivolamento e la caduta dei
componenti impropriamente sollevati o
movimentati, se queste operazioni non sono
eseguite correttamente.

Turn the adjustment screws of support bracket A so
as to compensate for the inclination of the conveyor
top that has been created after the removal of support
brackets B.

Install and position the new conveyor belt.

Put all the parts mentioned above back into place in
reverse order.

Tension the conveyor belt as described in paragraph
4.
The operator risks getting caught in moving parts
and being seriously injured if these operations
are not performed correctly.
If these operations are not performed correctly
and the parts are not lifted and handled in the
proper way they may fall or slide causing serious
injury to the operator.
