2.8.11.22.1 Calculated stopping distance (remote stop) after deceleration limit switch
This function can be used to control the stopping of the moving part automatically once a preset distance has been
traveled after the slowdown limit switch.
On the basis of the rated linear speed and the speed estimated by the inverter when the slowdown limit switch is
tripped, the inverter will induce the stop at the configured distance.
This function is useful in applications where one shared limit switch (for violations) with manual restart is shared for
both directions. It will then only respond to ensure safety if the distance is exceeded. The stop limit switch retains
priority in respect of the function.

Note:
•
If the deceleration ramp is modified while stopping at a distance is in progress, this distance
will not be observed.
•
If the direction is modified while stopping at a distance is in progress, this distance will not
be observed.

Check that the parameters configured are consistent (in particular, you should check that the
required distance is possible).

This function does not replace the stop limit switch required for safety.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in death or serious injury.
