Before cleaning,
• Use protective devices and equipment to
make sure the painted surfaces of the robot
body (wipe down areas) not exposed dir-
ectly to sprayed detergents, disinfectants
and ejected water.
• If user tools are removed from the robot
flange before the cleaning, conduct protect-
ive measures on screw holes to make sure
no intrusion of soils, water, detergents and
disinfectants into the holes during cleaning.

Recommended water temperature:
40 - 60°C Pre-rinse with water for removal of food residues
from to-be-cleaned areas. 2
Make sure no visible residues left.
• Detergent: Topax66, concen-
tration (v/v) 2 %
• Detergent: Topaz HD1, con-
centration (v/v) 2 %
Foam the surface with detergent Topax66 or To-
paz HD 1.
Use a sprinkling can so that the to-be-cleaned
areas can be covered evenly with sufficient foamy
detergent. 3
Wait 15 minutes. 4
Let the detergent work for approx 15 minutes to
retain effective cleaning properties.
Ensure that the cleaning agent does not dry on
the surface.
Recommended water temperature:
40 - 60°C Rinse thoroughly with water to remove the deter-
gent. 5
Detergent: Topaz AC3, concentra-
tion (v/v) 2 % Foam the surface with detergent Topaz AC3.
Use a sprinkling can so that the to-be-cleaned
areas can be covered evenly with sufficient foamy
detergent. 6
Wait 15 minutes. 7
Let the detergent work for approx 15 minutes to
