Measurement of Samples (Daily routine)

MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Sample width is fixed to 20 mm.

The sample width of standard sample plate is 20 mm.

Set Slit Correction to Enable, and click the OK button.

Select the size of DS to be used.
