Execute the D/teX Detector Center Correction. - with sample

Center Correction Clear
checkbox.

Click the
Execute
button.

Uncheck the
Center Correction Clear
checkbox.

Install the beam stop. If the retracting screw is mounted on the
variable knife edge, remove it. Fill the 0.5-mm deep glass sample
plate with angle reference material (NIST, SRM-640d) and set it on
the sample holder.

Check the
Theta/2-theta scan conditions
checkbox.
⑦
Set DS=1.25° and SS=RS=OPEN.
When the incident and receiving Soller slits are 5°, enter 47.25° in the
Theta/2-theta position (deg)
box. When the incident and receiving
Soller slits are 2.5°, enter 47.26° in the
Theta/2-theta position (deg)
box.
⑧
Click the
Execute
button.
The correction value is registered in the MiniFlex Guidance
automatically after the measurement is completed.

OK
button.
