CAUTION
Mistaking the IN and OUT connection of the cooling water degrades the
cooling efficiency and may damage the X-ray tube.

Remove the parts for transportation (see Fig. 5.4a and Fig. 5.4b).

Before installing the SC, remove the parts for transportation, rotate the
balancer of driving motor by hand, and move the goniometer arm to a
position raised approx. 90° from the horizontal position. The SC can be
installed by inserting a hex wrench from the hole on the cover at the rear side
of the goniometer arm.

There are two types of parts for transportation. The type differs depending on
the system configuration (see Fig. 5.4a and Fig. 5.4b).
