By selecting the Use checkbox in Label, a peak can be added at a lower
angle than Si (111).
As the initial values for the additional peak, the same angle error data as Si
(111) are automatically added to the 2

data. This is based on the fact
that, when the low angle error is assumed to be due to the misalignment of
the sample surface, the angle error at 0
°
is approximately close to that of Si
(111).
