Setting and Adjustment

MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Select Meas. for Axis control, enter the conditions shown in the figure

below, and click the Scan button to perform measurement of the direct
beam peak position (Full Width at Half Maximum: FWHM).

Scan conditions, Absolute, Start: -0.4, Stop: 0.4, Step: 0.01, Speed: 5, Scan
mode: Continuous

Count mode under Detector: Int.

By clicking the Peak position calculation button, the peak position can be
calculated. Specify the Full Width at Half Maximum for the Peak Search
Method.

When the precision measurement result shows a peak angle within the
range of ± 0.01°, the adjustment is completed.
