CAUTION
The absorber is inserted in order to prevent the direct beam from being directly
entering the detector. The detector may be damaged if the absorber is not
installed. Be sure to install the absorber upon an optics alignment.

Set the environmental settings of goniometer and detector for optics
alignment.

Confirm that the
Standard Sample Holder
and
SC-70
are selected as
the Attachment and Detector respectively. (See Fig. 6.2.4 and Fig.
6.2.5)

Click
Goniometer
, and set the
User setting
of
Min.
to
−
3°.
Update
the hardware configuration after the setting is completed. (See Fig.
6.2.6)
