Set the Si powder sample prepared in a glass sample plate in step
1
to
the center of the standard sample holder.

Click the Execute button, and execute the measurement.
If the X-ray generation is not on, it will start up automatically and the
measurement will begin.

The measurement time is approximately 80 minutes for SC, and
approximately 20 minutes for D/teX Ultra.
When the measurement ends, the system automatically calculates and
registers the peak position.
