Setting and Adjustment

MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Fluorescent X-ray Reduce High = Standard High

PHA baseline = Fluorescent X-ray Reduce Low

PHA window = Fluorescent X-ray Reduce High - Fluorescent
X-ray Reduce Low

Pseudo SC:

A setting to take in 2 extra channels (high energy side and

low energy side) compared with standard mode. Intensity increases
compared with Standard, but becomes more easily affected by
fluorescent X-rays.
How to calculate from Standard is the following:

Pseudo SC Low = Standard Low +2

Pseudo SC High = Standard High +2

PHA baseline = Pseudo SC Low
PHA window = Pseudo SC High - Pseudo SC Low
