When performing the optics alignment for the first time after installing
the MiniFlex 600, select Options - Detector Setup - D/teX Ultra, and
enter the same value as Low value in the PHA baseline box, and High
value minus the Low value in the PHA window box as the initial value.
The Low value and High value are indicated on the label attached on
D/teX Ultra (see Fig. 5.16). This procedure is unnecessary if the
alignment is already executed and the correct value is entered. Move
