Optics Alignment (Required for Periodic Inspection or Installing X-Ray Tube)

MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Adjust the beam stop

①

Adjust the beam stop with the adjustment screw.
Loosen the beam stop mounting screw and beam stop fixing screw.
Then, turn the adjustment screw to adjust the height of the beam stop.

②

Perform the procedures in

Confirm that the direct beam is

blocked

again and confirm that the direct beam is blocked by the

beam stop.
