MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Installing the D/teX Ultra (Optional)

If the SC is installed, remove it.

To install the D/teX Ultra, move the position of the receiving slit box to

the sample side.

Install the D/teX Ultra to the goniometer arm with the two receiving

slit box fixing screws. (Fig. 5.13)

Move the receiving slit box so it is positioned right next to the D/teX

Ultra (Fig. 5.13).

Rotate the balancer of driving motor by hand, and move the goniometer arm to
a position raised approx. 90° from the horizontal position. Remove the SC by
inserting a hex wrench from the hole on the cover at the rear side of the
goniometer arm, and install the D/teX Ultra at this position.
