When the peak position comes near the range of ±0.01°, change the
measurement conditions to those in Fig. 6.2.14 and perform precision
measurement of the peak position.
Scan conditions, Absolute, Start: -0.2, Stop: 0.2, Step: 0.01, Speed: 2, Scan
mode: Continuous
Count mode under Detector: Int.
When the direct beam position is within the range of ±0.01°,the tube
position adjustment is completed.
