Select Options - Angle Correction.

Angle correction
is set to
Disable.

Select Tasks - Package Measurement - Maintenance – Create Angle
Correction Data – Create Angle Correction Data.
Enter the measurement file name and measurement conditions. If the items
in
Optics element conditions
are changed, click the
Default
button. The
reference conditions will be automatically entered in
Peak measurement
conditions.
If user wants to specify the peak measurement conditions, execute a
measurement in
General Measurement
before specifying them. In
addition, the
Start
and
Stop
angles should be within the measurement
range in which each peak pattern correctly appears. The step should be
approximately 1/7 to 1/10 of FWHM, and the speed needs to be entered so
that intensity of each peak is more than 1,500 counts (ideal speed is 10,000
counts).
Enter the measurement file name and measurement conditions.
