Setting and Adjustment

MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Types of receiving Soller slit

The receiving Soller slit is installed as part of the receiving slit box. The same
type as the incident Soller slit is installed.

・

When “Standard” is selected as incident Soller slit, the receiving soller slit is

5.0deg.

・

When “High resolution” is selected as incident Soller slit, the receiving soller

slit is 2.5deg.

Optional types of receiving Soller slit (other than those included with the
system) can be replaced by the user as well.
