Cooling water
Prepare a cooling water that satisfies the following conditions.
If the following conditions are not satisfied, a circulation-type heat exchanger
(using purified water) will be required:
Water pressure:
0.1 MPa to 0.3 MPa (pressure must be stable.)
Water flow:
3.5 L /minute or more (water temperature 30°C or
lower.)
pH:
6.5 to 7.5
Electric conductivity:
200 (µ/Ω)/cm or less
Total hardness:
50 ppm or less
Silica SiO
2
:
20 ppm or less
Iron ion Fe
3+
:
0.3 ppm or less
Chlorine ion Cl
-:
10 ppm or less
Sulfate ion SO
4
2-
:
50 ppm or less
Others:
The water must not contain moss, sand, wood chips,
metal chips, or other impurities.
Drainage
Drainage port:
Install the equipment so the drainage port is located
within 20 cm from the floor (drained by natural
discharge).
Others
The cables of the equipment should be protected in a duct or cover to prevent
them from being damaged.
