Setting and Adjustment

MiniFlex 600: Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer

Select Control - Initialize Individual Axis - Theta/2-Theta and click the

Execute button. In the same manner, select Control - Initialize
Individual Axis - Detector # 1, and click the Execute button

When

Manual Control

is already opened, this change will not be updated to

system settings. Close the

Manual Control

window, and then re-open it.

Clear the D/teX Detector Center Correction.

Maintenance -

D/teX

Detector Adjustment - D/teX Detector Center Correction

Check the

Center Correction Clear

checkbox.

Click the

Execute

button.

④

Close the window.

The environment for optics alignment has been set up by the above procedures.
