Calibration

There are three methods of calibration as follows.
(1) When the operation mode is set to local

To perform automatic calibration (refer to “ AUTO CAL. SET” (page 70))
Perform settings in the AUTO CAL. SET screen and start the operation. Calibration will interrupt
the operation at the specified interval.

To perform calibration while the equipment is stopped (refer to “ Calibration procedure” (page 55))
Press [START] - [CALIBRATION] in the main screen.

To forcibly perform calibration during operation
Press [START] - [CALIBRATION] in the main screen.
(2) When the operation mode is set to remote and the start signal is “Level”

To perform automatic calibration (refer to “ AUTO CAL. SET” (page 70))
Perform settings in the AUTO CAL. SET screen and start the operation. Calibration will interrupt the
operation at the specified interval.
However, if the measurement start signal is “Low Level” at the calibration interruption time,
calibration will not be executed but executed at the next interruption time.

To perform calibration while the equipment is stopped (refer to “ Calibration procedure” (page 55))
Press [START] - [CALIBRATION] in the main screen, and then input the calibration start signal.

To forcibly perform calibration during operation
When the calibration start signal is input, calibration is reserved and calibration will interrupt the
operation at the next start time.
(3) When the operation mode is set to remote and the start signal is “Pulse”

To perform automatic calibration (refer to “ AUTO CAL. SET” (page 70))
Perform settings in the AUTO CAL. SET screen and input the measurement start signal at the
calibration interruption time. Calibration will interrupt the operation. However, if no pulse input of the
measurement start signal is made at the calibration interruption time, calibration will not be executed.

To perform calibration while the equipment is stopped (refer to “ Calibration procedure” (page 55))
Press [START] - [CALIBRATION] in the main screen, and then input the calibration start signal.

To forcibly perform calibration during operation
Input the calibration start signal while the equipment is on standby. Calibration will be started.
However, the signal cannot be accepted during sequence.
