4.

After the operation has been completed, loosen the tightening cap of the old bottle
and remove it together with the nozzle unit.

5.

Attach the nozzle unit to a new reagent bottle.

6.

Set the bottle in the reagent tray. Return the reagent tray to its original position and
tighten the knurled screw (one location).
