Operation start

1.

Turn ON the main power switch located behind the operation section door at the
front of the equipment, and then turn ON the power switch at the front of the
equipment.

After Now Loading... is displayed, wait for a while until the main screen is displayed.

Note

While Now Loading... is displayed, do not insert/eject the CF card. When the power starts up, the
internal data is stored on the CF card.

At the same time, the printer also starts up. Although abnormal sounds and vibration may be
generated when the printer starts up, it is normal and there is no problem.

When the power starts up, the equipment enters a warm-up state (an alarm is displayed). Once
power has been applied to the analyzer, the alarm will be canceled 10 minutes after the pump
reaches a temperature of 35

C or greater.

2.

Turn ON the maintenance switch (refer to “ Operation section” (page 5)).

3.

Adjust the clock and perform various settings as instructed below.

Perform calibration as instructed below.
