Remove the tightening cap of the pure water tank, and then remove the pure water
nozzle unit.

4.

Dispose of the entire amount of pure water in the pure water tank, and then supply
fresh pure water.

5.

After supplying the fresh pure water, return the tank to its original condition.

Note

If the inside of the pure water tank is dirty, it could affect the measurement values. Rinse it well with
pure water before supplying fresh pure water.

6.

After the replacement, perform calibration. For details on the calibration procedure,
refer to “ [START]” (page 157).
