TURB. COEFFICIENT SET (Option)
This section is the supplementary explanation for the turbidity compensation of the TPNA-500
when TN is measured.
MEAS. LINE SET
One line is added to the original table for the turbidity compensation.
TURB. COEFFICIENT SET
Select the turbidity compensation coefficient setting.
Note
The absorbance at 220 nm for TN measurement is influenced by turbidity, the absorbance at 270 nm
with a compensation factor is subtracted from the absorbance at 220 nm to obtain the turbidity-
compensated total nitrogen.
The turbidity compensation setting is not necessary to be changed under the condition that the good
correlation with the manual analysis is obtained.
