Once the operation is completed, replace the reagent bottles with new ones for all
the reagent lines, and set the bottles in the reagent tray as instructed on the
screen. Return the reagent tray to its original position and tighten the knurled
screw (one location). After the procedure, press [YES].
Note
When replacing, check that the color of the tube connected to the nozzle unit matches that of the
reagent bottle label.
7. After the operation has been completed, press [YES] and perform calibration. For
details on the calibration procedure, refer to “ [START]” (page 157).
Once the operation is completed, the remaining amount of reagent is reset.
