Supplying pure water into the pure water tank (for models equipped with a
pure water tank)
If only insufficient pure water remains in the pure water tank, measurement cannot be
performed correctly. Periodically check the remaining amount and supply pure water as
necessary.
Note
The pure water consumption differs depending on the measurement range, and therefore, the supply
cycle listed below should only be used as a guide. Use the table below for reference.
