Replace the PharMed tube below the dilution tube. Cut a new PharMed tube into the
same length as that of the old PharMed tube, and then insert it into the dilution tube
firmly.

Note

When inserting the new PharMed tube, check that the insertion section of the PharMed tube below the
dilution tube is not wet.

Check that the O-ring at the rear of the dilution tube retaining plate is correctly set.

11.

Attach the dilution tube retaining plate to the dilution tube, and then attach it to the
equipment.

Note

When attaching the dilution tube, do not apply excessive load, as it could bend the measurement
tube. Otherwise, measurement may not be performed correctly.

When the measurement tube is bent, do not replace it with a commercially available FEP tube.
Instead, use the measurement tube designated by HORIBA Advanced Techno and cut it into the
same length as the existing tube. For purchase of the measurement tube, contact HORIBA
Advanced Techno.
