In JOG+ mode, users can stop the first axis~the sixteenth axis at particular
angles.
3. If users want to stop the first axis at a particular angle, they have to set
SM1017 to ON, write the number of pulses per cycle into SR1027 and
SR1026, and write an angle in SR1023 and SR1022, and the first axis
have to be in JOG+ mode mode.
