PROCEDURE

Mark the position of the valve seat (001,

Figure 7-48

) in the valve cage.

Turn the valve cage (002) until the valve seat (001) points up.

Carefully put the valve cage (001) on to an applicable wooden support (003).

Install the top two halves of the valve seat tool (005) into the groove of the valve seat
(001).

Install the bottom two halves of the valve seat tool (005) into the groove of the valve
cage (002).

Turn equally the three jack screws (004) to push out the valve seat (001) from the valve
cage (002).

Remove and discard the O-ring (006).

Remove the valve seat tool (005).
