PROCEDURE

Read and obey the data in the manufacturer’s instruction manual of the test bench (002,
NOTE:
At regular intervals, use a master pressure gauge to do checks of the pressure
gauges on the test bench. If necessary, adjust the pressure gauges.

Make sure that the work area is clean.

Use a brass wire brush to remove combustion particles from the external parts of the
nozzle.

Put the injection valve (004) in position in the valve holder (005). Make sure that the
injection valve points down. Make sure that you do not cause damage to the sealing
face (008).

Attach the injection valve (004) to the valve holder (005) with the two spring cages (009)
and the screws (010).

Attach the connecting piece (007) to the injection valve (004) with the screws (011).

Connect the leakage oil hose (001) to the injection valve (004).

Make sure that the cover (003) is attached to the valve holder (005).
9
Attach the HP hose (006) to the connecting piece (007).
10
On the connecting piece, torque the nipple (012) to 85 Nm.
