3-10-5 Step & repeat fine-adjustment: SRA
Sets the fine-adjustment of “Step & repeat” to mark the same marking contents on multiple locations in one file.
Setting request data / response data for readout vary by the setting subject to fine-adjustment.

• Settings by this command are applied to the object group No. 1000. To the object group No. 1000 the marking data
converted from LP-400/V files and the data set by LP-400/V compatible command mode belong.
• With LP-400/V compatible command mode, only 100 settings of Step & repeat fine adjustment are available.
• With LP-400/V compatible command mode, Z-movement cannot be set and readout.
• With LP-400/V compatible command mode, “rectangle range” of the adjustment object cannot be set and readout.
