• This command can be used when the input method of the external offset is I/O input setting. If “Using SEO command” is
set, switch the command mode to the standard mode by RSM command and then send SEO command.
• With LP-400/V compatible command mode, Z-movement and laser power correction of the external offset cannot be set.
For these settings, the data set last (the initial value if it was not set) will be applied.
