How to read command format
• The command format is defined for setting request data, readout request data, and response data for readout
respectively.
• Some commands have unsupported data format. In that case, such data format is not listed.

• When Number of adjustment settings to delete is not omitted: 6-byte
• When Number of adjustment settings to delete is omitted: 3-byte
It is the total data length of the variable-length or fixed-length data part.
If the data length shows “Max.”, it refers to variable-length data.
If there is another variation of the total data length depending on the setting contents, it is written in ( ).
It indicates the value at the setting/readout.
Characters enclosed in “ ” represent the characters input in the ASCII code.
• Data length of each item.
• If the data length shows “Max.”, it refers to variable-length data.
• If the command includes data that can be omitted, the data length is written in ( ).
