•
Reassemble the flywheel- clutch unit
on the bench respecting the alignment
of the marks (1) and (2).
•
Tighten without locking the six fixing
screws (3).
•
Position the flywheel-clutch unit in the
seat on the engine, in accordance with
the reference alignment (1) and (2)
with the reference index on the engine
crankcase (3).
•
Tighten to the specified torque six new
screws (4) that secure the flywheel-
clutch unit to the crankshaft by apply-
ing threadlocker Loctite on the screws.
•
If removed, position the locking tool.

12.91.18.01 Tool to lock the flywheel and the
starting ring gear
•
With the special tool perform the cen-
tring of the clutch.
•
Tighten the screws (5) that secure the
starter ring gear to the flywheel with the
specified torque.
