Apply the locking tool on the engine

flywheel.

•

Loosen the six screws (4) fixing clutch

and flywheel.

•

Undo the six screws (5) and remove

the flywheel-clutch unit (6).

Specific tooling

Tool to lock the flywheel and the

starting ring gear

•

Remove the six screws (4) at the bench

•

Remove the crown gear (7), the clutch

plate (8), the inner disc (9), the Belle-

ville spring (10) and the flywheel (11).

OPTION 02

The clutch is a dry type and is housed inside the engine flywheel. It is composed of two driven disks,

one intermediate disk, one spring pressure plate and 8 springs.

•

Remove the gearbox from the engine.

•

Use the locking tool and the clutch

spring compression tool on the fly-

wheel.
